Bound in Death

A dark and gritty, grind-house style festival horror short is looking for actors and actresses. This is a non-union, no to micro-budget film shot in Melrose Park. "Bound in Death" is a grind-house style supernatural horror short. It is about a necromancer, who kills people and,through black magic, brings them back to be his slaves. However, his first victim is working against him.
This is a gritty and dark tale. at this point i am producing it out of pocket, but my pockets are very shallow.

I think this film could end up being something very special. It is an interesting and dark story of the supernatural. I has some strong subject matters that will garner us some attention, and hopefully cause a large word-of-mouth buzz.


The open auditions are on Saturday March 17th from 2pm until 5pm. Appointments are not necessery, just show up. This is for a grind house style short horror film. The film will be submitted to a variety of film festivals worldwide.

Zoe (female lead)18-24 young wallflower type goth. Innocent but with an edge.

Edgar (male lead) 25-50 creepy and sadistic.

Bridget 20-25 must be able to cry.

Brian 25-35 detective who is searching for his sister.

Saffron 25-45 strong and tough, knows how to handle herself.

Yolanda and the extras 20-40 female.

The filming well take place over two weeks in mid to late spring. This is a non-union micro-budget project. There is no pay but, meals will be provided as will a copy of the project.
